Finding Talent

Use the Find page (/find) to discover freelancers. The search engine is designed to find availability first, ensuring you only see talent that can actually work on your project.

Search Criteria

1. Project Dates (Required)

You must select a date range to start searching.

• From / To: Enter your project's start and end dates.
• Flexibility: Toggle the Flexible option if your dates aren't set in stone. You can search for availability within a range (e.g., ±2 weeks) to find more options.

2. Refine Search

Once you've entered dates, you can filter by:

• Industries: Filter by sector experience (e.g., Advertising, Film/TV).
• Software: Find experts in specific tools (After Effects, Cinema 4D, Houdini, etc.).
• Specialized Skills: Narrow down by capability (e.g., Character Animation, Fluid Sims, Compositing).

Search Results

Freelancers are ranked by relevance and availability.

• Verified Profiles: All freelancers on Bookr are vetted professionals.
• Real-Time Availability: The results show who is actually free during your selected window.
• Match Score: See how well a freelancer matches your specific industry and software requirements.

• Portfolio: Watch showreels and view project links.
• Bio & Experience: Read about their background.
• Calendar: See their full schedule to find alternative dates if needed.
• Place Hold: Directly place a hold from their profile page.
