Rates & Work Hours

Day Rate

  • Your standard daily rate
  • Update anytime
  • Shows to clients based on visibility settings

Rate Visibility

  • Exact - Show exact rate ($800/day)
  • Range - Show range ($700-$900/day)
  • Starting At - Show "Starting at $700/day"
  • Hidden - Keep rates private

Work Hours

  • Default start time (e.g., 9:00 AM)
  • Default end time (e.g., 6:00 PM)
  • Used for scheduling

Weekend Rates (optional)

  • Standard rate - Same as weekdays
  • Premium rate - 1.5x or 2x multiplier
  • No weekends - Don't work weekends

Hold Policy

Configure how you handle holds:

Response Window (24-72 hours recommended)

  • How quickly clients expect a response
  • Holds auto-decline after this time
  • Impacts your reliability rating

Booking Window (10 days default)

  • How long 1st hold has to book after you accept
  • Releases after this time
  • Gives clients time to confirm budget

Challenge Window (24 hours default)

  • When challenged, 1st hold must respond within this time
  • Forces quick decisions
  • Keeps your calendar moving

Max Challengers (0, 1, or 2)

  • How many can queue behind 1st hold
  • Set to 0 to disable challenges
  • More challengers = more opportunities

Deposit (optional, informational)

  • Show deposit amount to clients
  • Currently informational only
  • Future: Will enable actual deposits

Buffer Time

  • Buffer Before - Prep time before bookings
  • Buffer After - Wrap time after bookings
  • Example: 1 day before/after for travel

Public Profile

Visibility Toggle

  • Public - Appear in client searches
  • Private - Not searchable (invoicing only)

Preview

  • Click "View Public Profile"
  • See exactly what clients see
  • Test before going public

Billing Information

For professional invoices:

  • Company Name - Your business name
  • Billing Address - Business address
  • Tax ID - Tax identification number
  • Logo - Appears on invoices
  • Email - Invoice contact email
  • Phone - Contact phone number

Banking (Secure)

Optional bank details for wire transfers:

  • Bank Name
  • Account Number (encrypted)
  • Routing Number (encrypted)
  • SWIFT/IBAN (for international)

Security:

  • All bank data encrypted
  • Only visible to you
  • Optional field
  • Can be shown on invoices
