Settings

The Settings page (/profile) is where you manage all aspects of your profile after completing onboarding. Everything you set up during onboarding can be edited here.

Profile Sections

The Settings page is organized into tabs:

Basic Info

Edit your core profile information:

  • Avatar: Upload or change your profile photo.
  • Headline: Your professional title.
  • Location: Your base location.
  • Bio: Your professional introduction.
  • Years of Experience: Update your experience level.

Portfolio

Manage your portfolio links:

  • Website, Demo Reel, LinkedIn, Behance
  • Add or update links at any time.

Industries

Select or change the industries you work in. This affects how clients find you in search.

Software Skills

Manage your software skills using the Skills Manager:

  • Add or remove software tools.
  • Adjust proficiency levels by dragging skills between columns.

Specialized Skills

Manage your specialized skills:

  • Add capabilities that set you apart.
  • Organize by proficiency level.

Rates & Work Hours

Update your pricing and availability:

  • Day Rate: Change your standard rate.
  • Currency: Update your preferred currency.
  • Rate Visibility: Change how rates appear to clients.
  • Work Hours: Adjust your default work schedule.

Hold Policy

Configure how you handle hold requests. These settings control the hold workflow:

  • Response Window: How many hours clients expect a decision (recommended 24–72 hours). Holds auto-decline if you don't respond within this time.
  • Booking Window: Once you accept, rank 1 has this many days to convert the hold into a booking (default 10 days).
  • Challenge Window: When another client challenges rank 1, they must respond within this timeframe (default 24 hours).
  • Max Challengers: Allow 0, 1, or 2 challengers to queue behind rank 1. Set to 0 to disable challenges.
  • Deposit: Optional deposit amount clients will see during the hold workflow (informational only).
  • Buffer Before/After: Time you need before and after bookings (for travel, prep, or wrap-up).

Public Profile

Control your visibility:

  • Toggle Public/Private: Turn your profile visibility on or off.
  • Preview: Click "View Public Profile" to see how clients see your profile.

Billing

Update your billing information:

  • Company name, billing address, tax ID
  • Upload or change your company logo for invoices.

Preview Your Profile

Use the "View Public Profile" button in the sidebar to see exactly how clients view your profile. This helps you understand what information is visible to potential clients.
