View and pay freelancers in the Invoices section (/invoices). Bookr streamlines the payment process to keep your projects moving.

Invoice Inbox

All invoices sent by freelancers appear in your Inbox.

• Status Indicators: Quickly see which invoices are New, Viewed, Paid, or Overdue.
• Filter: Sort by Project, Freelancer, or Date to find specific records.

Review & Pay

Click on an invoice to view the full details.

• Line Items: Verify the days worked and rates applied.
• PDF: Download the official PDF for your accounting records.
• Payment:
  • Direct Payment: If the freelancer has enabled Stripe, you can pay directly via Credit Card or ACH.
  • Manual Payment: If paying via external Bank Transfer or Check, mark the invoice as Paid in Bookr once the transaction is complete to update the status.

History & Exports

• Archive: Access all past paid invoices for tax season.
• Export: Download a CSV summary of your payments for any date range.
