Invites

The Invites page (/invites) lets you share Bookr with colleagues and clients. Each user receives 5 invites when they join, and new users also get 5 invites when they sign up.

Sending Invites

1. Go to the Invites page in the navigation menu.
2. Enter an email address in the "Send an Invite" field.
3. Click Send Invite.
4. The recipient will receive an email with a signup link.

Managing Invites

Remaining Invites

At the top of the page, you'll see how many invites you have remaining. Once you've used all 5 invites, contact support to request more.

Invite Status

Your invites are organized by status:

• Pending: Invites that have been sent but not yet accepted.
• Accepted: Invites where the recipient has signed up.

Copy Invite Link

For each pending invite, you can:

• Copy Link: Click the "Copy Link" button to copy the invite URL to your clipboard. You can share this link directly if the email didn't arrive.
• Invite Code: Each invite has a unique code that can be used at signup.
