Getting Started as a Client

Welcome to Bookr! This guide will help you get started finding and booking top creative talent.

Overview Page

When you log in, you'll land on your Overview page (/overview). This dashboard gives you a high-level view of your production pipeline:

• Active Holds: Quickly see which freelancers are holding dates for you and their status (Accepted, Pending, etc.).
• Upcoming Bookings: A timeline of confirmed talent for the next 30 days.
• Pending Invoices: Alerts for any invoices that require your attention.

Organization Settings

If you run a studio or production company, you can set up an Organization to collaborate with your team. Go to Organization (/profile) in the navigation menu to configure:

• Team Members: Invite producers, coordinators, and accounting staff.
  • Admins: Can manage billing and team settings.
  • Members: Can place holds and manage bookings.
• Billing: Centralize your payment methods. All booking fees and subscription costs will be billed to the organization's primary card.
• Integrations: (Coming Soon) Connect Slack to receive notifications about hold acceptances and booking confirmations directly in your team channels.
