When you log in, your Overview (/overview) shows:

• Active Holds - Current holds and their status
• Upcoming Bookings - Confirmed talent for next 30 days
• Pending Invoices - Invoices awaiting payment
• Project Pipeline - All projects at a glance

Organization Setup (Optional)

For studios and production companies:

Create Organization

1. Go to Profile (/profile)
2. Set up organization details
3. Add company logo
4. Set billing information

Team Members

Roles:

• Admin - Manage billing and team settings
• Member - Place holds and manage bookings

Invite Team:

1. Enter email addresses
2. Assign roles
3. Members get invitation email

Billing

• Set primary payment method
• All booking fees billed to organization
• Centralized invoice management
• Export for accounting
